I met with Rick to determine how to set up my new company accounts and how to effectively utilize QuickBooks. We quickly connected my bank account and Rick set up all my income, expense, and balance sheet accounts. Together we worked out the most cost effective QB version for my situation and the best way to bill my customers. Everything works great!

All I can say is “WOW”. Not sure what a Profit Accountant was but I’m sure glad I have one! They quickly went to work on changing my business and personal tax structure and showed me how it benefits me thousands a year. They respond and quickly solve any pending issues so in turn frees up more of my time. Our books are always on time and current. Its comforting to know things are legal and transparent if ever I should get audited. They coach me to focus more on doing things that need to be done to increase my profits. Rick and his team consistently provide great accounting and tax services. Where he really shines is his ability to coach me in a way that enables me to improve my business. We started with 1 employee and now have 7, which requires a different organization.
