Horrible experience with Jennifer. Dropped my taxes off Feb 7th and gave it a couple of weeks and finally called to see what was going on. After 6 unanswered phone calls I went to the office to express concerns. Got a call the next day that they lost software and that they would get them done. Gave them another chance and another 3 weeks went by unanswered. Finally after 4 months and not meeting the deadline I had to go collect my taxes and take them somewhere else where they did them the next day. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Jen is an awesome CPA. I have known her for 10 years. Met her when I worked for a company that does business at the airport. She has been doing my taxes now for several years. Highly Recommend

Jenifer and her team are thorough, detailed, efficient and full service! Jenifer explains the ins and outs of taxes in simple terms. She has been helping us with my business taxes and our personal taxes for 10 + years. Her staff is very helpful, responsive and so nice to work with! I have recommended her to many people and every one of them has been happy with their services. I highly recommend JB Accounting!
