I’ve been going to Ideal Associates for a little over 3 years now and I have always had the best experience, the staff is amazing and they always provide the best customer service experience, they make filing taxes a breeze and everyone is so kind, and also very helpful!

My parents worked with Orlando Sr. well over 30 years ago. They were loyal and happy clients who return year after year. I now have been filing with Orlando Jr. these last 11 years and I appreciate the time Orlando dedicates to explain things, ask me questions and make the space available to answer ALL of my questions and is sure that everything is clear when I leave his office. If a question does arise, he is always a phone call or email away. Orlando is very rational and meticulous with his work. As I grow and diversify, I feel very secure knowing that I can count on Orlando Jr. and the rest of the Silva team to support me with their professionalism and expertise.

We have been long standing clients of Ideal Associates for over 20 years. When Sr. Orlando ran the establishment, he ran a tight ship and was exceptionally well with customer service. He took the time to listen and serve the surrounding community - and even after moving over 1.5 hours away, we always returned to this great establishment. However, this year the lack of service, responsiveness and care has dwindle down to blaiten disregard and dissmissiveness. I don't blame the receptionist as she being told of her responsibilities. After countless calls and emails, I find it hard to believe not a soul in that entire establishment can set aside the two minutes required to advise me of the status of my filings. At this point, what to do? Do I go there to request my papers back? Do I file a comaint? Never in a million years would I have ever fathom this disaster from Ideal Associates. Yet, here we are 3 months later and still no call back or returned email.

My experience with Ideal Associates was very horrible. I submitted documents in advance from TAX cut off date and was told that my files were accepted and are being reviewed and will get a call back to review. I emailed the accountant Jorge and called the office to which at varies times, got a dial tone, or didn't get a hold of someone. As of 5/17 between the hours of 9am - 3pm, I called to question my tax status, given the cut off date was 5/17. The reception kept asking for my name and phone numbers, and would put me on a brief hold, and say I'll call you back (Still waiting on the call back). I eventually emailed and advise to void all my documents and filed taxes with an alternative party. Safe to say, my experience wasn't good and communication with this organization was the worst. Considering I work as a customer service manager, what I received was far from great customer service. I personally don't recommend this place.
