I do not recommend it to anyone, they made a mistake on my taxes, to make the amendment I had to go twice and when they told me to go pick it up, that they already had it ready, it was not done and I had to wait 1 hour, I They said that the amendment would arrive to me in two months and I have been there for 5 months and now it appears on the IRS page that they have not yet been able to process it, but they do not worry about solving the errors made by themselves, sending a form to the IRS with errors in the figures since they do not give the opportunity to review them before sending them electronically. The error was $600.00 underreported, so the IRS cannot process it. They do not have qualified staff and the receptionist always lies in favor of Carlos, since he never answers the phone, because he is supposedly having lunch, he went out for a moment, he already left, he is late today and the secretary is not qualified therefore he does not give a answer and to get by, he lies, in my case it is lying all the time, if I was not qualified I wanted to cut a piece of the W2 so as not to stop to make a copy, the other workers dont even know how to make copies, they gave me double the same copies. Calling Carlos to solve the problems generated by themselves is wasting time and he is such a liar that he said he was going to have one of his secretaries call the IRS to solve his mistake and they never called, but to file the taxes. , there it is present. I dont I recommend, I give it one star because I have no option to give it less than a thousand stars.

Honestly, how bad is their service? They make many mistakes and are not able to solve it, or at least take an interest in the problem. Carlos made a mistake on the taxes, at the same time he sent the amendment to the IRS at my request. When looking for information on the case, he said that it took about 16 weeks, then it was no longer 16 weeks, now the amendment could not be processed and we must call a phone number, which does not answer and you are waiting for a representative who never answers, conclusion, the service of this office is terrible, after Carlos does the taxes, you never talk to him again, that is his strategy to not giving a solution to the mistake made by himself. When the call is made to the office, the assistants are programmed like robots to give these answers... he hasnt arrived, you call again... hes busy, you try again... hes out for lunch, you call again... He is no longer there and when I call and they tell me that he is there, it didnt even take me 5 minutes and whats the surprise? Carlos came out and I told him... I just called... and now hes not here? Honestly, I dont recommend it. If you want to have stress with someone, fight with impossible things, call on the phone without receiving answers, have them make mistakes on their taxes, have them throw you around like a ball, have them not give you a solution to the errors and wash your hands like Pontius Pilate, then it is a very good idea to go with Charles. I give them one star because I have no option not to give one, because they dont deserve a star.
